Look good, feel good, lasts a long time!

Learn more about our Botox treatments and how they can benefit you.

Do wrinkles and frown lines make you look tired? Are you noticing new lines forming or existing lines growing deeper? There are different solutions out there, and depending on your situation, Botox might be the right option for you.

Botox treatments reduce lines and wrinkles and restore a more natural and youthful look without invasive surgery. How does it do this?

Botox is a popular type of neuromodulator that acts as a muscle relaxant that gradually smoothes out the appearance of the overlying skin.

When tiny amounts of Botox are injected into the facial muscles responsible for movement those lines that are wrinkles directly associated with the muscle movement are diminished by the weakening of the muscle. Thus, Botox treatment works best for “dynamic” lines and wrinkles and is less effective for fine textural changes on the skin surface, and for those lines present at rest.

Injections take about 10 minutes and you’ll experience minimal discomfort. For maximal results, it is recommended that you do not vigorously rub or massage the treated area for 2 hours. You should actively contract the treated muscles ( for example, frown or grimace) to increase the response of the Botox for two hours following the treatment. The effect gradually begins over several days and is not complete for two weeks, and sometimes longer.

Botox should last upwards of 3-5 months, but results may vary. The effects of Botox treatment often become longer after repeated injections.

Yes, it's safe and non-invasive.
What is Botox?
Botulinum Toxin (such as Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin), is a “neurotoxin” derived from Clostridium botulinum, an organism found in the natural environment where it is largely inactive and non-toxic.
Which areas are Treatable with anti-wrinkle injections?
Examples: Crow’s Feet – Wrinkles in the corner of the eye that naturally occurs with age, also known as “laugh” or “smile lines”. Forehead Lines – The horizontal lines that form when you frown or raise your eyebrows. Also known as the “horizontal” or “surprise” lines. Frown Lines – Vertical lines between the two eyebrows that appear when someone is frowning. Also known as “brow furrow” or “number 11 lines”. Chin Lines – The chin appears as tiny dimples or horizontal creases between the lips and the chin. Also known as “chin dimpling” or “mental creases”. Neck Bands -Appears like vertical ropes coming from the chin down to the neck brought on by aging. Also known as “platysmal bands” or “turkey neck”.
what is the cost of Botox treatment?
The cost of Botox depends on multiple factors – not just “units”. When you seek a Botox treatment, you’ll find that your needs may not be the same as another person’s. Traditionally, the way to ‘balance the scale’ for each person’s Botox needs has been to charge by “units.” Units is the term used for the measurement of Botox doses. It’s like saying “ounces” or “grams” milk and cookies.

Do Botox injections hurt?
We use a short, fine needle to make these quick injections, so discomfort is minimal. Some patients may choose to use topical anesthetic. Initially, there may be slight redness at the injection sites; temporary bruising can develop as well. These concerns can easily be covered with makeup.
Are there any side effects associated with Botox treatment?
Very few. One of the biggest benefits of this treatment is that patients can return to their normal activities right away with no significant side effects. The most common effects involve the injection site and include redness, tenderness, itchiness, swelling, and bruising. These side effects are temporary and shouldn't prevent you from proceeding with your usual activities immediately after your appointment. Visual side effects, such as bruising, are usually quite mild and can be easily covered with makeup.
What happens if you stop using Botox?
If you stop Botox treatments after many years of regular injections, the only effect will be that your wrinkles will return, albeit a bit more slowly than if you had not been using Botox. It's true. Even after you stop, you will still look younger than you would have if you had never been injected.
Is Botox worth the money?
You may think that the cost of Botox is not worth it. However, Botox has both short-term and long-term benefits. Botox doesn't only reduce wrinkles and stop ageing but also offer medical benefits. Compared to the cost of other surgical treatments, Botox is cost-effective.
